  • Inaugural Jennifer Egan Fellow at Mesa Refuge writing residency, California
  • Recipient of a funded residency at Vermont Studio Center
  • Scholarship recipient to the Community of Writers Workshop, Olympic Valley, California.
  • Finalist for the Lambda Writers Retreat for Emerging Voices.
  • James Appel Scholarship from the Humber College School for Writers, to participate in writing workshop at Toronto’s International Festival of Authors.
  • Winner of the 2014 Hamilton Grit Lit Fiction Contest.
  • Shortlisted for the qarrtsiluni magazine’s chapbook prize with Fallow.
  • Brennglass Fellowship from the National Foundation for Jewish Culture, which supported a writing residency at the Brandeis-Bardin Institute’s Young Artists Program. Simi Valley, California.
